Supercropped the tallest one, just the main stem. Only required a few gentle squeezes and it just fell over, but it split length ways, bummer.

Here's a chart for nute availability based purely on pH in soil medium. Your deficiency is likely related to a lockout of another nute needed for its uptake which comes back to pH. 6.5 appears to go in soil. Overwatering can cause pH problems in the soil too.
