this is a young seedling from mexican brickweed and i didnt do anything to it, it kinda grew weird from the beginning like it wanted to grow several branches, but today i realized the apical growth turn into two fan leaves stuck together... without the growth tip in the middle, just 2 leaves...

just sharing for those uncertain of how it looks, i just killed this plant, it got stressed by rootbound but other plants also got rootbound and nothing happened, so im sure this is also a genetic predisposition

This is common when foxtailing. Like ged said. Probably a genetic trait. I have a plant right now doing that and he rest are fine

i have a seedling i just topped a day ago, you can see its growing again kinda weird but more importantly, the little side branches that didnt exist before are growing also. i just cut the main tip

time for another update, green crack almost ready to go down, even the lower secondary buds are looking ready, the clones are flowering too, the mexicans are stretching a lot but also starting to flower, the big leafy foxtaily seems to be getting close too but it is hard to see with all those...
