Wild lupines are out along the roadsides here.. Always a nice splash of color.
(sorry if I'm not responding to very many posts lately, tis my work season :) )
Flash back Sunday, deleting some photos and found this one of a White widow taken on 05/03/2019.....and, I am smoking a bone of it this morning.
Basically a 1 year cure and damn it tastes fine! I think for flavor, WW is one of my absolute favorites, not to mention the head :)
Certainly can see the results of growing monster clones, a huge mass of buds at the at the base of the plant. Enjoying some warmer weather here finally.
Now the black flies are coming out, will be brutal for a couple of weeks!
Xconian Here's a little 10" Vermont girl getting some morning sun(end of wk 6 since flipping). This is a total play around experiment with clones. Topped a few stems a week or so into flowering, the result in the photo..double buds :) Now only keeping them for a few hours under the light. As one...
5 weeks since flipping to 12/12. The blue widow is always so colorful. Pistils turn early and throughout flowering. Had to add some bondage to the taller one(12"), was beginning to lean and get floppy. Probably a result of the small containers
2 weeks reveg,4 weeks since flipping for the blue widow coffee can clones. I topped a couple of the stems about 7 days after flipping(experimenting, hobby plants), just when the pistils showed. As a result, getting double bubble tops :) they almost look polyploid(but not).Happy Mother's day...
Durban off the stem, into burping bags and almost ready to jar up. Fluffy stuff, tough to fine trim :)
I'd say ended up with 4-5oz from the plant.
My dilemma now---to much weed (lol)..Still have jars from the 2018-2019 winters grow (some WW and BW), haven't even touched the GG4 grown last summer...
Timber, Have I reminded anyone lately how much I hate trimming!!! And this is snaggly sativa stuff. Will be a large yield on this one.
Edit--7 main tops done, 3 more to go. A lot of bulk in the lower half of the plant as well.
And the second edit with a pic of the lower half after removing the...
Last patch of snow melting off my deck...yea!! finally ;) brought the quick turn around coffee container clones out for a drink of sunshine (and a spritz of rain).
Plugging along here, still extending the life of miss Durban(12.5 wks of flower). I do believe I'll be close by the end of the week (I know, I said that 2 weeks ago lol).
My fast turn around coffee container monster clones are also looking good.
Well over estimated, ended up with 3 full jars of the Blue Widow. Looks like I close, days away from chopping down the durban poison..I'm going to be short on jars.
A little bondage on the BW clones, shame I have to force them along having already flipped to 12/12. But it is what it is. I did...
SoOrbudgal So I've decided to experiment and go with one of your Folgers container grows(lol) These 2 clones have only revegged for about 2 weeks, just starting to throw normal leaves, and still not much of a root system. All things point to don't do it, but tomorrow after I chop down Mom, it's...
Rwise I'm battling similar conditions. Been trying to extend daylight for the clones by just moving them into the living room when I wake up and in the evening.
Just random time though, using just an aging mental timer (lol). Today I do have them under the hps light. Used an old milk can to...
