I bought a T5 HO fixture to Germ seeds and early vegging. I've never used a T5 before. How FAR do you recommend keeping the light from the Top of the Peat Pot? And how long should I veg with the T5 before switching over to my Reg grow light? (These will be Autos)

Does it make a difference what time my Lights come ON and go OFF during my 12-12 schedule? In other words: Is it Better to have them come on around 7AM and go off at 7PM or vice versa? Thanks!
