Being an old, retired hippie from the 70s, I have witnessed the
Reefer Madness propaganda and devastation caused by the governments failed War on Drugs. This charade was really a war based on corporate greed to demonize a natural plant for industrial oil and paper ,products while at the same time oppressing with criminal marginalization everyone who did not accept all the b/s by conforming to their politically correct image of an American. Another end result was government officials and intelligence groups could get rich and fund covert operations by participating in distribution by sanctioning activities by like-minded drug cartels.
It is high time for these changes in decriminalizing all aspects of the marijuana trade and allow all adults the freedom to make these personal choices to smoke, consume, grow and sell marijuana without all respective marijuana rights going to a few of our politicians favorite corporate cronies!
