It can but the max upload will only get you about 30 seconds of 1080p. Image attachments already take up nearly 400GB and allowing longer videos could see that grow exponentially and every GB stored increases storage costs (well twice because we are also having to keep a backup of them). You are better off uploading it to a video site such as YouTube (if its I YT's ToS) and then using the add media button on the message toolbar as when you paste a url into that from a supported site it will auto embed it in the post

Hello all. I wanted to tell you all that I am leaving the forum. It's my 1st forum ever and I have only been here a few months. This is a great place! When I started the forum, I thought I would learn more about growing thru teaching. Well, I can't keep up with the teachers, like typing and the pictures and navigating the computer. Maybe I just can't find it. The old version of this site you could go to a member or yourself and look up "all started posts". Is this function available in the new version of the site?

Click on the username. A pop up dialog box will come up. There you can see the total number of messages they've made. Click on that. You can also unfollow and ignore other users from that dialog box. You can also send that particular user a direct message from the dialog box.

Sorry to hear that chipmunk, my heart goes out to you. I haven't been around the forums much lately because my mom with alzhiemers is living with us now so I know first hand what dementia can do to a person. Every day is a new adventure. Keep active and keep fighting. Good Luck. Also my mom has never used cannabis in her life, has never even drank alcohol but I talked her into micro dosing edibles and it definitely seems to ease her anxiety caused by the confusion associated with alzhiemers.
