You know what i hate?

In my recent experience, your landlords are going to learn about the ounce of prevention being worth a boat load of water damage repair. Then, when the black mold starts, you have a slam-dunk winnable lawsuit. Document your contacts with the landlords so they don't come back and say you never told them there was a problem.

I hate not growing weed. But I'd rather have a place to live. Damnit! This is why I hate having choices: gardening or home... gardening or home. Why is life so damned difficult, damnit?
 
You wouldn't want to grow weed in a place infested with black mold. You don't want to live with that either. Maybe this is a sign that a change is in order. Hope you have a reasonable outcome.
 
One of my cactus plants apparently died. Idk why. These were inherited from my mother, they are older than I am. I'm really bummed out.

No worries and thanx to all! I have had a good run for the most part. Own my house, have some money to spend in retirement, served my country, have a son and grandchild. My wife has been w/me for 58yrs and I believe in Jesus. About time to rest and wait for my reward!
