I have been kind of using the Fox Farm Schedule and I followed the sledgehammer flush and I was wondering if that's okay for my plant?? My fan leafs are looking brown on the edges and crisp. Is this the symptoms you get when you flush?

So I have been noticing that my leafs have been ripping. It looks like there's someone burning holes in my leafs. I think it's borun deficiency not sure.
