My seedlings just sprouted yesterday, I am growing in coco coir with perilite. Should I start feeding them light nutrients now since there are in coco or wait a week until they are bigger?

I planted three auto ak seeds 5 days ago in jiffy pellets. They are in solo cups with plastic bottles on top for humidity, they are under t5 light in tent, temp has been around 70 to 75 degrees. As of this evening I haven't seen anything. Not sure what the expected time is for them to pop...

I have my 4x2 grow tent in my attic. I am using a t5 grow light because of height space. Only have 3 ft. My problem is my tent is already setting about 65 F and winter isn't even here yet. Afraid this will be a real problem when the Temps here drop down to the 20's and teens. Any suggestions? ??
