    Everything is fine
    I havested some top colas of one of my plant
    I dried little for percolator bong and hit was awesome
    With in 2,3 days i will harvest full
    Half of my plant weighed 100gm wet
    20gm dry
    Looks like these both plant will give me 80gm dry good guality seed less herb

    Any suggestions for harvest time?

    I like to harvest when the buds are firm and tight. If you post some pictures it may be easier to see what stage of maturity your buds are at.
