Hey Greenman, Look at what i just pulled the trigger on!
I wish i'd have done it a long time ago, well months ago since i only been doing this for 8 months or so! lol! Did I get the right lamp for flowering? Or would another have been a better choice? I think that was a pretty good price. What do you think?
now i have to get rid of a cheap led light or two!

Hey Green, don't see you around as much lately! I PM'd Tika about the same thing when she said she wondered if people were saying she "should just shut up". Seems like a lot of the old regulars are keeping a low profile too. If you are busy with all your grows and contest then it's cool but I sure do miss the "old guard"! We need folks like you that have experience and knowledge to share and that's all we are doing, sharing experiences. It's up to the individual to decide what works best for them but if you don't even know what question to ask, how do you get better? Opinions are like ass holes, everybody has one!! 😆 Miss you Man!

Also if you don't mind, the LEC light you have. how high is it, I mean how low does it hang if you put it to the top of the tent?

I wanted to ask a question if you wouldn't mind. What would be a great auto stain and breeder to start on autos with? I wanted to ask the pro lol. I'm about 3 and a half weeks until my first grow is finished. I've been trying the heavy defoliation and I wish I would of stayed with the training more but I understand it now. It was bag seed but I'm happy with it. I figure it's time to move on to good genetics. Any help would be appreciated.

Doc I got problem. Slacked on checking runoff, now it's up 6.9, I flushed got it down 6.7. Should I keep flushing ? Thank you for your opinion.

Spotting problem now critical!. Plant is suffering stunted growth and ugly spots. I have tried everything in the book but no luck. One plant is now half the size of others. The only thing I did different this time was use Cal Mag at 50% this should be no problem as I use distilled water. Plants now on life support may need to sanitize and start over with new plants.

Green, you commented on another posts about using CFL's. Thought you were a 315 man. Are you using both, CFL for veg and 315 for flower? If so, why? A 315 light is my next purchase and thought I could use that from cradle to grave.

These were the ONLY leaf showing spots As you can see they have been removed for close analyses. These are the only affected leaf on a plant (1) plant. Affected areas are exposed to light the most so I hope I can correct the problem. This is only my second grow so I have no idea what to expect.

Hi Green, I'd love your opinion light leaks with autos , although after reading your threads I switched my first grow to on for 24/7..still like to know what your thoughts are ....thanks

Hey man, well said. The internet never came with a manual unfortunately, which doesn't always bring out the best in us. Do realize you're a little bit of a top member on this forum, by your grows and by your generous advice. Personally other than giving you shit about a couple of stubs and acknowledging the awesomeness of your plants I wouldn't dare suggesting anything to you, you got this thing way down! Which brings me to a new idea that's been sprouting in my head, 315 lec. What's the brand of yours, square footage per light, heat?, amps? I could search the web but like I said man you're the shit! Peace!

Day 15 all plant seedlings still growing larger each day. Roots now well established in res. Will be upping newts. to 40% next flush on the 18th. Bottom seedling leaf s are huge! They reach well over to the next empty pod location. I suspect these plants will soon EXPLODE in new growth.

Green Thumb I totally concur with you. I am a transitioner, I remove a lot of fan leaves just for the reason that you just mentioned. I did leave a couple colas with fan leaves,i really think they would have been big anyway.i agree totally with u.i probably remove more fan leaves than most. The topping I was going to use on those new babies. From ur pics you are geting faster rate of growth, must be your light. The berries got a shity start I didn't want to hit abort. I take input , very helpful.

Hey Greenie,man i got some humus,earth soil,peat,perlite mix with little perlite and mixed it up with pebbles 70-30% more or less(didn't weigh them) but it's coming out sandy sloppy and doesn'r rly run-off,,,what to do lol ive never tried soil science before
