  • Wow Man!!!

You might just have solved at least half of my problem. here's my first grow in a nutshell.

Hi. I'm completely new (or was 26 weeks ago) to growing weed but I've had enough of the 30 odd pills per day prescribed by my Dr for pain control and am trying to find a more 'natural' substitute.

So this is my first grow of which I first planted the seeds (from 'Sensi-Seeds' in Amsterdam) on 1st August 2017. Rough details below.

2 x autofloweringseeds, 7 x photoperiod seeds, and all were feminised seeds.
2ft x 2ft x 6ft high (yes I now know this is way too small to grow 9 mixed plants in).
Growing in Coco Coir + Perlite 30%.
    Using nothing except 'Canna' nutrients.
Lighting: One 250 watt halide for veg growth 250W sps for flowering.
Two 300W equivalent LED from 'Mars' (600W total LED's)

I kept a journal and have made just about all the mistakes a beginner could make, but here I am with 3 plants left out of my original 9 doing well into flowering with some nice colas coming along. BUT! I have just made the biggest school-boy error and that was some very severe pruning of any large leaf that looked as if it was blocking light and some acute lollipopping as you call it. That was one week ago.

Now I have what looks like a nutrient problem:- too much I would think owing to the fact there aren't many leaves left to send nutrients to.

I think the way to go for me would be to feed nothing but pH'd RO water until I know more of what is going on?.....Any ideas?

I just found out that my wife (my georgeous wife) forgot to turn on the airflow, cooling system for two days so the plants cooked nicely at 118F for two days.

I just hope I haven't screwed the whole thing up at this stage. I had to give away 4 plants because they were so big, (5ft and growing) I didn't think of switching to 12/12 lighting hours and just treated them as autos.......Here are a couple of pics, one of the first few weeks, the next as they were as of last week (week 25).

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance............Respect, as always
