Is it preferable to cure bud before using it to make hash?

True to form the leaves are no longer drooping this morning. Lst seems to have stayed. Original lsting made the plant shorter so I had to lower my light an inch. This morning I raised it 1/4 inch.

i Started a little lst on this girl to try to get light to all the leaves. I will check on it tomorrow to see what the plant looks like. It seems every time I water I get droopy leaves for a day. Then the doopiness goes away as the soil dries out to where it needs watering. 3days to dry from overflow. Overflow takes 12 cups to achieve at this point. Minimal overflow. Perhaps my next mix should have more perlite to allow for the peat moss???
