This leaf septoria?

So this appeared the other day is this leaf septoria or some other fungi that showed up to the party ( sorry for the pun) I’ve been alternating every 7-10 days copper fungicide and neem oil but stopped when they started to bloom. The weather the last week has been pleasant but most of the summer has been hot and humid. Any thoughts and advice?

IDK @Beeman it could be. I don't grow outside so I'm sure others will have something to say. My understanding to treat it is, lollipop the plant, clean out the middle to improve air flow, remove the affected leaves ASAP, and you can use a baking soda mix to treat the fungus but don't spray the pistils.

Thanks golf, I been pulling off the bad leaves and been defoliating to improve the air flow.
