Hi guys , this is my fast buds papaya cookies auto on week 9. Shes grown in a soil and compost mixed fabric pot with 18hours of light. I checked her trichomes with a jewelers loop and all the trichomes are milky but no visible amber trichomes. Majority of the have turned orange and lower fan leaves have also started to yellow. Should i chop her or wait more. Your advices are mostly welcome.

Its ready to go. So, it's up to you. Id be measuring its water uptakeand when that drops right off Id chop shortly after that.

I'd say you are close to harvest, but determining when is a personal preference. Common thought is no amber trichs equals a "headier" high, compared to more and more amber being sedative. Now is your chance to control how the final flowering affects your cured smoke.

Those leaves look happy enough to me. Plenty of life left in them. Mine are currently WAAAY worse than yours ( dry & almost dead ) and my trichs have not yet turned all milky.
I'd wait for the 15 - 20% amber before harvesting or until you 'can't wait no mo'
I'm in week 10 of flower now, should have been ready a month ago accoding to supplier website. Fat buds but almost dead looking plant. Same thing happened with my last grow of this Orange Bud auto strain. Are there strains where the trichs don't go amber or is my bad luck?
