Looks like a dieing plant. Why did you allow all the root mass on top of the soil? This the same plant you posted from 9-5? Wow she uprooted itself or ???

Browning tips that were curling upward and yeah they were crispy
I've been using PH testing strips for the water, a 3-1 spike for soil, and ml droppers for measuring the nutrients pergallon
And no in not running and RDWC grow. I have a seven gallon water container with pre ph'ed water, and two-1 gallon jugs of nutes that I mixed last week. It's all worked up until now. But I'm dumping it all and starting over using the more precise measuring equipment

Pre-pHed? You do realize that pHed water left sitting in a container for more than 12 hrs will change pH right? Pre pHing is not necessary. pH once you have all your inputs in the water.
What measuring equipment did you get? I always encourage people to pick up a BlueLab Growers Toolbox for meters. The kit contains both pH and EC/PPM meters with multiple calibration pouches of water for both meters. Aptera makes a good pH meter too.

For a while I've been using measuring spoons for nute and ph dosages and using ph strips for testing. Now I have proper equipment,
ML droppers
a kit with electronic ph and PPM meters with these ph adjusting packets.

Maybe you're not getting it or we're misunderstanding.
When you mix your feed solution DO NOT pH your water base.....yet. Add your inputs like normal. If you have an ec/ppm meter now is the time to check your ec/ppm levels. If you've measured everything out correctly take note of the ec/ppm for future reference. Now that you've noted your EC/ppm you can pH the solution and adjust accordingly. If you're in soil typically 6.5 is where you want to land. If you're in hydro then 5.8.
Here are some availability/pH charts to help you understand how pH affects your plants. Note that one is for soil and the other is for water/hydro.

I have 2-5 gallon pots I usually water every three days.
I understand all that what I'm trying to figure out how much nutes and water is safe to give my plants in order to reverse the nutrient deficiencies.
Im trying it figure out if it's safe to give each plant a gallon of water twith 1/2 tsp of nutes (properly ph'ed AFTER mixing and measuring the nutes) I gave each one a half gallon of nutes two days ago I'm trying to figure out what's sage to give them so I don't end up overfeeding them trying to fix the deficiency problem

Looking at you pictures I don't see anything to worry about. You never said what stage your plants are at but, from your pics, I'm guessing week 6 - 7?
What I'm seeing in your pics looks like leaf senescence. After week 6 some cultivars start to cannabalize the leaves of stored food for the final push so you'll start to see more leaf death the closer you get to harvest.
In other words I would continue doing what you were doing before(other than pre pH) and continue monitoring the situation. I would also suggest you pick up a loupe to check your trichome development. That is the best way to figure out how close you are to harvest. I don't really see a deficiency.
As far as watering, I use the light pot method. If you are familiar with the concept then I won't go into it but if you aren't just ask and I'll explain proper watering techniques.
Can you take a picture of the entire plant to get an idea of what it looks like overall?
