Who suggested cooking oil?

Thanks for the wonderful tip. It worked liked a charm. I was pinching of fan leaves near my buds, fingers were a sticky mess. I tried washing with Dawn, which helped a little. Got out the cooking oil, just a few drops was all it took to destickify (I know that's not a word) both my hands within seconds! Then used the Dawn again to wash off oil. Worked on my little pair of old scissors too!

Will try the oil. That would be nice. I put some paint thinner on a rag and that works great. It gets all the black tar off. Especially when clipping a harvest. But paint thinner on bare skin kinda sucks some times

GR8 tip, I'll have to try that, tired of trying to remove my tongue from the scissors! Actually, I use rubbing alcohol since it cleans all the gunk buildups from my pipes.
