Looks like my plant aren’t blooming well, i think the buds aren’t growing well

can someone understand me ? or is this normal ?

It's all over. The buds are growing, just not dense.

I think you need to check your light What bulb are you using?Should be MH during veg and Hps for flowering,unless your using dual spectrum all the way.If your using the correct type i'd say your bulbs had it

Mentioned above he's using a 400W HPS. I'm pretty sure it's just not strong enough for the space.

jonnthelad If these are @3 wks. of flower, I'm kinda thinking another 5 or 6 wks. should bring about some big changes in the size of those buds. Have patience.

insufficient lighting = loose and larfy buds.
