Cannibas Flavors

Ok, maybe I'm just a man with unsophisticated pallet but does anyone really taste the multitude of flavors that some sellers/breeders say are in their weed? I've smoked alot of weed over the years but I have never tasted anything but burning weed...which is not at all a bad taste...but is far from grapes, citrus pineapple etc. It's this something you have to train yourself to pick up on? Someone please enlighten me :)

I'm with you, Joker. I love the variety of smells you get from the different strains and at different times in the life and death of a cannabis plant, but when I smoke...it's just burnt weed.

I've found some strains have much more flavor than others. Sativas tend to be citrus piney but indicas have a wider range of flavors. Most of them sweet. But definetly some strains will have little flavor and some a lot. I like granddaddy. Kandy kush. Og and master kush. For sure try some bubblegum strain. That's the most flavor I've enjoyed ever. I think the flavor is better appreciated in a joint. Just my opinion

The cure. A good cure makes all the difference. I just smoked some Red Dragon that 2 months ago tasted like burnt weed and now it has a wonderful flavor. I will have to smoke more to describe it.

Mostly burning weed here but out of every harvest there's always 1 plant that really stands out in the flavor department.

Thanks for all the replys. I agree Canyon Grower that a lot of imagination is needed, and being high already helps. I have really tried to pick up on flavors, once I got a bit of piney taste but maybe I imagined it :p

I'm with you there but using my water bubbler or a bong makes a big difference vs nonwatered apparatus. Smoke is bad for taste buds anyways. Vaping is best. That first bong hit will have a lot of the flavors, after that it's just burnt weed. Also, being a cook(at home) helps develop those taste buds, tasting, adjusting flavors... It's just like muscles, they need proper maintenance and exercise.

Love the smell and the taste....I have had some weed witch taste like shit.....sorry and then a different strain and OMG........Is to me does all taste different. Whether or not like grapes, lemons, pineapple...I cant really say I have tasted that but some of the smoke is truly exceptional....

Very similar to my experience also letting you plant age just a little more than normally is when I notice my plants getting really amazing flavor, but again only through a bong pure smoke is all bern
