Good evening Moe and welcome to the forum! Please read the following as there is nothing to help with if theres is nothing to know!

Have a Question? Please Include the Following:

1. 4. Your Setup - Growing medium, nutrients, grow light, etc
5. Did you do anything different before the problem occurred?

And besides what you provide as info the only thing i can see is the cotyledon being cannibalized,which is perfect...
