Growing a sativa SKUNK XL for the my first grow indoors.

Does this little one look okay? I have it under 2 50 watt LEDS and sunlight. It seems to be stretching. It's seems a bit slow this one took 10 days to germinate. It's my first plant to grow. Any tips would be helpful.

Welcome to GWE Decky22 I'm guessing it's a photo period not a auto? Either way it needs a much larger pot to grow in and a lighter more perlite mix in your soil. Have you been reading any tutorials on growing weed? I highly recommend it for now.

My idea was to give it 24 hrs at first and get enough vegetation and then induce flowering early if that's possible as I know Sativa grows quite high. I don't want to grow a lot just this one. I should have got an auto flower when I was getting seeds that. Or should I scrap this photo period and start afresh.

SKUNK XL the great grand daughter of SKUNK Number One herself the famous Mom thats in about 50% of us seeds,

this a standard mid range autoflower nothing flash

in time you may compare to Skunk#1 the original

good luck

No it's fine Decky22 a photo plant is a great 1st plant. I'm wondering about your soil and how big is that pot? I have several cross skunk autos going right now and a Thai x photo. Tell us more about your grow set up like tent, brand of lights or are you going to place it outside once it's strong enough? Lot's of good detail we like to help with but need a plan on how it's going to grow and where?

She's a slow grower, she had problems since germination but in the last week the growth is catching. The soil is low alkaline but not extreme. She's in a 1.2 gallon pot. I live in a small apartment I and I'd like to restrict it's size as I want this for personal. Maybe if she gets root restriction I'll transfer her if that's possible.
