Reading Seedlings - First Grow

I am day 5 after 4 white widow seedlings breaking the soil. After reading everything I can on the internet, it seems that "reading" plants is the most important part of growing ha ha. So, I am interested in anyone's "read" on these seedlings. They look okay to me, I did cover up some of the stems with about 3/4" of soil after spouting just to fill the peat cup up as watering had lowered the soil level. There are sitting ~4" away under 4 CFL (23 w actual), temp is ~72-76 deg with ~50-55% RH with a very small fan blowing indirectly on them. The peat pots and the seed starting potting soil (mostly peat with super mild nutrients) dry out in about 36 hours or so in these conditions. The things I am not sure of are the grayish reddish tint of the stalks and perhaps stunted growth (though really not sure how big they should be and they seem to be growing every day). When they first sprouted, I am pretty sure I under watered them for a day or so as everything I read said over watering is the biggest problem and I let the soil get almost completely dry. I am now more careful watching the amount of water in the soil and they seem to be doing okay. So, do these seedlings look normal for white widow at day 5 after breaking the soil.? Anything else "pop out" to you? Kind of hard to hurt my feelings so I appreciate any feedback.

Sure, there are 2 or 3 odd size pieces you can see on the surface of each one (ha ha). You are correct, mistake on my part, should have mixed in some perlite since I have some already for my next pot when I transplant. The seed starting potting soil I have seems to drain pretty well and it does not get dense so I am thinking it will be okay. Any comments the grayish reddish tint of the stalks?

not adding any nutrients, seed potting soil had 0.03% N-P-K. using ph adjusted to 6.5 for watering. Plan to start adding nutrients a week or two after transplanting, hopefully transplanting in a week or 10 days. Should have my tent, light etc by then.
