COCO COIR Day 6 of first grow. How are they looking?

2x mephisto - chemdogging
1x dinafem - dinamex
1x mephisto cheese haze

3 gallon fabric pots.

Is it normal for them to be lighter green in the middle or could it mean too much water? Been giving em 250mls of fertigation each 67% of the recommended seedling stregth ( AN Sensi coco grow). I was going to increase to the recommended 1ml per litre today, but thought I'd run these pics past you folks for your input, since this is my first grow. Thanks!

Plants look fine - growing medium concerns me - perlite?

Im using Canna Coco.
This is what AN told me when I asked them about perlite:

"As far as perlite, usually you don’t need it. Over the years coco has had a rocky start in the north American market, because growers kept treating it like soil (watering every 2-3 days) which causes lockouts.

So Companies added perlite to make growers comfortable watering daily, even though growers in Europe had been doing it for years.

Coco on its own has a nice lignin structure and holds oxygen very well, there is no need for perlite in most cases."

I figured if anything it would require slightly less frequent fertigation (within reason).
