hi every one i have 2 female plants that are in problem and dont know what exactly to do.
i think i have added extra ph downer but i have flushed my system and changed the light distance but i think im in deep problem i have attached some pics if any one can help i really appreciate it .

The problem is correctable. Sounds like you've already discovered a ph issue.

I dont think you're having trouble with too much light. They look a bit stretched so if anything, they need more light.

Looks like you will need to transplant to a larger container soon.

One definitely looks droopier than the other. Make sure to let soil dry out before another watering. Have you considered topping them to make bushier? I agree with Nugs, transplant to bigger and final pot. Let them acclimate and maybe consider topping once they are looking like they settled into new home. The plant without the stick looks pretty good, just really stretched out.

Hi Rococo

I see over watering and PH, all fixable so your goal is to keep everything steady. Are you going to train or just let them grow big? Auto or photo? You want to maintain things before flower after flower you'll hurt the crop if you over water or over ph.

Have fun!

the one that looks droopier got over watered due to the flush i did and tnx i will let the the soil dry well. i know nothing about topping you guyz have any good guide that i can learn from it ? and ofcourse i will transplant them to a new home very soon. and the one with stick i have one problem with that and thas the lower part are very think but upper part its getting thicker any idea of what to do ?

You can read all about topping and FIMming, Low Stress Training and other techniques right here on GWE. BUT WAIT TILL YOUR PLANTS ARE STRONG!!! Let them bounce back and get into healthy growth first: you don't want to stress them even more now. I had some similar problems with seedlings: leaves curling under from too much water, and then a little root rot. After I addressed both of those issues and got them growing strong and green with happy leaves, I started some low stress training. It's all a learning curve for us newbies; hang in there with your babies, give em lots of TLC, and let them get strong!!
