Outdoor swamp grow with swamp tubes

Morning 227, that will work fine. Your lucky you can check on them daily when you need to, I think your gonna do great, it's gonna take a little time, to see what all else you need to do, but I know you know how to adjust, if need be.
And I hope you have a monster crop this year, to help make up your losses, from those poachers, that raided your grow last year.. to be honest with you ,if the wind is right, you can easily smell them a 100yards away, before you even get to them. We got this dude that has trained a couple of Labs, just so he can find someone's crops , no one likes this guy, lol , Good Luck 227. And be careful.

Ok so was planning on putting the girls out this weekend, but has been storming... With golf ball sized hail an tornado like winds... FK my life lol an supposed to be bad like that again so shooting for Thurs or Friday.. pretty soon there gonna be to big an hard to move so gonna have to do it asap regardless , here's the girls, we have 2 blue dreams( ones a 10" clone not pictured) 2 white widows, 2 blueberry, a pineapple skunk , a Cinderella 99 X blueberry, em-dog, tangerine Kush, an 2 called colours from exotic so got a pretty decent line up this year here's the pics

Hey Blazed227, I've been wondering how your swamp plants were doing. Man that looks like a great place.
Your plants are all healthy and green looking.
Yours are getting plenty of water ? I know down this way, they will wilt real quick if they aint got no water, especially as they get bigger.
But you got a special watering system don't you ?
Your gonna get alot of bud off of them plants.
And I know it's just me, but outdoor smoke is much better, cause you ain't got no light bill to pay. Lol

Lol right!! Actually I haven't needed to water them at all.. that's why I built the swamp tube things.. it keeps the bottom wet enough it can wick it up ... I watered them once when I first planted but honestly didn't really need to..... Only been back there twice to check on them ... An the last time I spread diatamacious earth all over them the ground an everything.. no bugs either ... So that's a plus.. still a little early

Yup yup , this is my first time growing in such a swampy area.. hopefully it works out an isn't too humid .. I used powdered nutes called mother Earth because I figured it would be to wet to use liquid nutes cause I never have to water lol

New pics,couple days old tho

Here's the rest of the pics they wouldn't all fit.. put a couple small clones out straight in the ground but 2 didnt make it the other 2 may be ok, they were getting a little yellow prolly because it's so wet it's washing there nutes away.. prolly shouldn't of planted them couple in the ground like that but we shall see.. happy growing

Man they look awesome to me, beautiful green colors, except for the yellow ones.
And Epson salt will fix that.
Your gonna have a hellava crop, can't wait to see them at harvest time, gonna be awesome.
And have a nice day at work. And make that money, it will come in handy one day. Lol

tell him they are just about ready and then sit out there with a paint gun and let them have it they hurt like hell but dont do any damage ,the other thing to think about is growing autos they are done and gone before he will even look for them,

Blazed227 I was talking about slugs and someone posted in my thread outdoor grow that they dont like egg shells or copper tubing haven't tried either yet but am going to , You know I have to joke about poachers but I think if I ever caught one ,I would end up killing him or her it just pisses you of so much ,so I make jokes about it and move on but I really do hope I never run into a poacher I may not kill them but I'm a defiantly gonna kick there ass ,Daas that was a good tric with the gas I might of put a few holes in the bottom to lol

The only poacher I had to really worry about is back in jail for a while.. so won't really have to worry about him for a while..dumass was breaking in people's cars an was using a credit card he took... So he prolly won't be out for a while...an yea slugs hate egg shells. An diatamacious earth the eggshells are like walking on glass to them an the other stuff days them out I believe... Either way they haven't been bothering the girls yet so all is good there.. knock on wood.. haven't even had any bugs there.. been sprinkling the diatamacious earth around an seems to be keeping the bugs at Bay for now

@OldJarhead 100, that is the honest truth, about the gas tanks.
Here is another one from over the years, me and 2 of my buddies, had been bowhuntin, an one of us killed a doe, this was in October, an had just cut 6-8plants down and put them inside his bronco truck, and we just threw the deer on top of the plants till we got home, but we got stopped on the levee, by a Game Warden, it was dark then, and when he shined his flashlight inside the Bronco to look at the deer, I looked also and all I saw was green plants with a deer on top.
But all the Game Warden said was that sure is a nice deer. ,Evidently he didn't know what he was looking at.
And another time, a year or two later, when we were putting the boat on the trailor, at dark, some game wardens wanted to see our huntin licences, and when I pulled my wallet out my sack sack of weed fell on the ground an they shined their flashlight on it too. But they must not have known, what was in the baggie, an I grabbed it and put it back in my pocket. Real fast.
Later on I became a good friend with one of those game wardens, But he got fired for stealing a Turkey hunters mud grip tires, an putting them on his game warden truck.
He was mad at that Turkey hunter, because he could never catch him, he found where he baited the turkeys with corn several times, but he never could catch the outlaw Turkey hunter. Have a nice day 227 an Ojh.

its d earth to me cant spell the D word lol Blazed this is looking really good I like the idea of swamp tubes opens up a hole new area for me ,Your plants are looking fantastic great job

Thanks ojh! Yea this is all new to me. Never grewbin a swamp before.. an still haven't had to water them yet... It's crazy..the top few inches dry out sometimes but then it pulls it back up... Used half a bail of promix mychorrizie or how ever u spell it lol and mother Earth nutes(powder) mixed like a quarter of the little bag in each tube, that's it.. an they look great.. just pull the weeds away from the tubes once a week an trim them to keep them from being to bushy.. it's WAAAAAAY to humid back there ... That's the only downfall... Just noticed powdery mold on some of he leaves

Blazed227, Man, I bet they do look great !
You sure better be watching that mold though, it can be horrible.
I'd be praying ,for lots of wind !!!
Or either go out there everyday and try to remove it, or blow it off somehow. ,good luck with the mold-mildew, it's bad news, like you know.

D.A.A.S.69 well seems like I caught it early enough it just started, so I defol'ed the shit outta them an sprayed them with a mix of baking soda, dish soap an water, it's supposed to get rid of it.. so will see.. they we're bushy as hell and it's been raining a lot so the grounds really wet finally just starting to dry up
