Plant is 8 weeks old, going on second week of transition, using 3 - 42 watt cfl 2700 soft white, can I add more light, or if I do,will it be to much, since its just 1 plant, thanks for any info.

Add more light. LED if you can. Or more of what you have is good.

Yes add more light. I use 20 cfl bulbs for a couple of plants

I would double, even triple the amount of light you're working with to get good results.

Diffently add more lights and reflectors. I don't think you can have too much light with cfl's and they need to be very close to plants. I used splitters with DIY mixing bowls for reflectors.

$75 bucks gets you a decent light on amazon such as the Viparspectra. Good from start to finish.
