not a happy girl

Hello and thanks for the add, this is my first grow and don't know what to do with this little girl, any help would be appreciated. Ask anything. It's CBD amnesia in a mix of Coco and organic potting soil. pH of the soil is 6.8. the only nutrients given are seaweed extract and very weak solution. If you want pics of the other plants as well I can post them as eell

Morning Crazy, I don't want to sound rude or nothin specially on Christmas, but your plants look pretty ruff, its hard to tell if they been overwatered or underwatered, or how far away your light was from them and what kind of light your using, anyway they need some help .

I don't think it's rude per say, however questions would go further. The reason I'm asking for help is each plant is suffering different symptoms. This one is stunted and clawed,. They haven't been over watered or underwatered. I'm thinking light toxicity. But not sure,. I've taken them out of one light and put them under a mars light and they seem to be doing better however as a complete nubile I want to get help with getting them on the right track. Someone gave me good advice on imagur. So and away and perhaps I can learn.

Thanks very much, I had a lengthy read last night. I'm still not clear on the bit where you take your sprouted seeds and put them in the soil.

Do you just use some organic potting soil and pearlite and water with as few dissolvable solids as possible and only add nutrients when they get there third set of leaves?

The other thing is some people keep them in the dark till they have there second leaves while in the link you shared you use CFL's quite close to the little plants.

Anytime you see green ,you need light on them, cfls need to be less than 2 inches from a growing plant, maybe 3-4 inches from a young seedling.
