Sexing Non-Feminized Plants

Good Evening All,
I am interested in Woodhorse Seeds and they offer all regular non-feminized seeds. I was wondering if anybody out there would be able to share successes or failures in sexing techniques. I have never cloned a plant before, so cloning to determine sex seems intimidating to men but then changing the light cycle to bloom and reverting to veg sounds stressful and not vey time efficient. Any shares would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

You can do some things to promote female growth but buying reg. seeds nothing is guaranteed. Just wait til pre sex shows and pay close attention for more of a defined sex in the next week to follow.

QB, cloning to determine sex? Don't you have to know that you have a female plant if you're trying to clone?

I've grown quite a few regular seeds and it's easy to tell the males from the females if you keep a close eye on them after the switch to 12/12... But that doesn't seem to be what you're asking about...

I see now what he is talking about.

Hes talking about vegging the seeds then taking clones from each and flowering them to determine sex.

Here is the link for cloning.

Once the clones take root usually about 2 weeks you can immediately put them on 12/12. They will show you their sex then. Just make sure you label you plants and cuttings well as not to confuse and mix them up.

Urbz Jeorge Cerventas talks about influencing sex of seeds after germination ,once they get third set of true leaves I can't remember off the top of my head (the book is in grow area)If this is what your talking about then let me know and I post the part of the book
