    Questions on Earth Juice Nutrients

I am currently using Earth Juice Grow on my plants and am a little confused. I have used it for 4 straight waterings and have noticed a very slight "lightening" of some of my leaves. I also turned up my light from 50% to 75% on my 1000 HPS system. Not sure if the "lightening" is from the light change or the Earth Juice nutrients. So here are my questions:

    1. The bottle says may use every feeding or as needed- which one is right?
    2. Is it ok to feed straight or to "bubble" it for 24-48 hours?
    3. I've also ready people have had lots of issues with PH problems. To be honest I've not checked my PH before but will after my next watering. What should the runoff be as far as PH?

I didn't post pics of the leave since it is very slight and probably wouldn't show in a picture. They just aren't the deep green like they were before. I also raised my light up because I thought maybe the switch from 50% to 75% might have had an effect also.

    Thanks for any help!!!

        1. Either could be right, they're basically telling you that you need to determine if your plant needs nutrients every time you water, every second time or only once a week. Every plant and growing situation is different and nutrient directions can only get you so far, you have to learn to read your plants to see what they need and how they react to what you're giving/doing to them.

        2. Some people like to bubble their water to get rid of chlorine, I don't bother, I just mix mine up, let it sit for half an hour to get a stable pH reading and then water my plants. Haven't had any problems yet.

        3. I've addressed in the charts above, they show what nutrients are best absorbed at a particular pH.
pH is the number one cause of nutrient deficiencies and other pH related problems.

        Soil:6.0-7.0 although 6.2-6.9 is a bit better.
        Coco/hydro: 5.5-6.5 although around 6.0 is better.

Yes I agree everybody grows differently and has different situations. Have you ever used Earth Juice?

Never even heard of them. Not sure if they're available in Australia, I haven't seen it at my local store or in the online hydro store I use.
Just had a quick look online and at a brief glance they look alright.
