    Calcium deficiency

Can ferti-lome Yield Booster be used to correct a calcium deficiency, being applied to roots? I am in second week of flower, so don't want to use as a foliar spray. It is Calcium Chloride.

is it a calcium deficiency due to lack of calcium or is it a calcium deficiency due to incorrect pH levels?

Are you able to post a photo of the plant so we can get a look to see if it is indeed a calcium problem and not multiple problems or something different that gets misdiagnosed as a calcium deficiency?

Never heard of that product. Can you get hold of...

I can order cal mag, but can't find it local. I pH my water religiously and check runoff regularly. The girls are super skunk. Growing in ocean forest and using the fox farms trio. I am showing both a calcium and iron deficiency. I account it to the fact that I am using distilled water, thereby cutting out many of the minor minerals I would get in tap water. Ladies vegged 8 weeks and now in second week of flower. Used LST, ScrOG, and defoliation techniques.

Is it possible to water them with regular tap water until the Cal-Mag comes in, just to help them get some micronutrients for now? The problem with Ferti-lome Yield Booster is that it adds just Calcium, without any Magnesium. They work together, and if you add too much of one without the other, you'll often end up with deficiencies of the other one.

If you're also seeing iron deficiencies, you might want Cal-Mag Plus as it has Calcium, Magnesium, and Iron. These are common nutrient problems to go together, and they all work with each other in the plant. Cal-Mag Plus gives a good ratio of each.
