"The Borg" as they are known, fungal gnats to others. But they are no fun at all. You should spray both sides of your leaves with a cleaning agent that I don't remember the name of. Go to GWE and find it. I battled them once, have to spray at least twice.
Can't help you too much with the limited information you have provided.3 X 3 gorilla. Promix soil . Green Planet Nutes

Fungus gnats come from watering too much / too often, resulting in soil that never really dries out.
As an emergency fix, you can put a one-inch layer of fine sand on top of your soil. The sand helps prevent the larvae from reaching the surface when they hatch and they'll eventually die out, assuming you get your watering under control.
What is your watering routine?___________________

Would have helped to tell us if/ what you've tried to get rid of them so we know what you've already tried before making suggestions...
Since we don't know what you may have tried or if you've even read the article on gnats, rather than typing about things you've potentially already tried I'll just link the article and you can read it yourself and decide what you want to try.
Do you see tiny black flies buzzing around your soil? Learn how to get rid of this common yet annoying pest again quickly.
Any more questions or concerns after reading the article pop back to this thread and we can go from there. Good luck.Last edited by OzBud; 05-14-2017, 07:46 PM.Completed auto grows 3

Dagwood Welcome to forum!! I am dealing with fungus gnats AS WE SPEAK in my hydro setup. I bought Gnatrol on Amazon:
And I also bought those yellow sticky papers and put them on my reservoir lid, at the base of my plants.
The Gnatrol is doing the trick. I am seeing fewer and fewer adults flying around, and I nipped this problem in the bud, so while I do see adults stuck on the yellow paper, it's not that many.
You have to be careful handling the Gnatrol: don't breathe the powder or get it on your skin. Use rubber gloves. I mix it right in with my nutes, my res water is all milky, but roots look great, and when I lift the res. lid, now I'm barely seeing any gnats. It's a three week treatment, to catch the larvae in all stages, and I've got two weeks to go. Working like a charm.
GOOD LUCK!! Get those little bastards!!Anyone can grow schwag. If you want to grow top shelf bud, study hard: https://www.growweedeasy.com

Yellow sticky paper for monitoring, beneficial nematodes OR hydrogen peroxide drench(1 quart/4gallons) for search and destroy followed by application of mosquito bits for control. Refer to nebulas tutorials for details. Good luck!x1 LED Cirrus T5 500w, x3 Sun System LEC315, x1 Nanolux LEC315, Saturn 5 controller, x4 6" can vents, 8800 btu A/C, 70 pint dehumidifier

For a natural approach place a cup of Apple cider vinegar near your plant to attract existing gnats. Beach sand, local or even aquarium sand over the top layer will prevent more gnats. A teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide in plain PH'd water will help clean roots. I always flush with plain water initially and then add nuyrients again. This gets rid of gnats every time without digging into the wallet at all.Perpetual setup!
