Starting a second seed from my friends plants, widowXnorthern lights. One question though, do you guys think a coir and casting mix would be sufficient to grow through seedling?

Will a coir and casting mix provide adequate nutrition through seedling growth?

Hi, I wish I had your answer, but only can guess that it might come up short. I was curious myself since I produce my own worm castings, and will use lots of it in my homemade soil for outdoor growing this summer. I could try an experiment with one plant by using just castings and coir, and seeing how long before it looks in need of supplemental nutrition. 🌱🌱🌞

Jack I grow in coco when I start seeds I use rootriots and no nutes until I transplant them when they go in coco I use a very weak nute solution ( I mix for 1 gallon in 6 gallons of water) of grow and voodoo juice this gets things really moving I have used some top shelf soil with the coco but I found I can have better control of the nutes in just coco. It will probably get you though the seedling stage .but will it give your babies the vigorous growth that we are looking fornew grow room built summer of 2017 ,argo max tent for veging ,big kahuna reflector, 1000hps with added leds for the full spectrum . 15th indoor grow ,5 years outside gorilla grows(stealth is the key),veg under t5s growing autos under 300w leds
