    Switched to LED lights

    Hi everyone,
I just wanted to get some advice on whats going on with my clones. I have 9 2 month old clones in 3 gallon smart pots in a 4x4 tent. Growing in coco.
I just put in a new P9-XML2 Platinum LED grow light a week ago and I have a few concerns.
The leaves are starting to yellow, the growth has seemed to stagnate and they leaves haven't been pointing up like they were. Generally just not looking as happy.
Is this light too strong for my grow space? It's what was recommended to me over the phone by their sales person. Click image for larger version

Too much light and the plant can not keep up-if you look under one of the purple stems- it will most likely be greener, where there is no light.
Be mindful that cannabis (and all plants) have a maximum amount of light it needs in 24 hours.

Place the LED as far away as possible for a few days with just the grow switch on for minimal daily hours (18 if in veg) - you are giving too much TOTAL light/24hrs to start off with.
It is a common mistake, especially if they were not under LED's before. Your plants will bounce back in a few days.

I'm in the middle of issues, from changing LED's same company, twice the watts/size- yet they recommended the same distances as the smaller one, so I followed my tried and true light distance formula for auto's (which is what the company recommended) and I fried my plants.

I have moved my LED from the usual 26" for seedlings to 36" and will check in a day or two for new growth and allow it to begin growing into the light- before trying to move it closer.
It's all bullshit - until you smoke it!

To me it looks like they're growing faster than they can take nutrients from the roots. What are you feeding them? When using RO water you need to supply calcium magnesium and iron. This last two can cause the yellowing

I agree it looks like they may be suffering from light burn, which is common with powerful LED grow lights since they stay cool but get so bright. How far away is the LED from the top of your plants? Very nice looking garden overall
