first it sorry if i’m posting this on someone else’s thread idk how to do it separate but anyway is there any possible way for me to isolate one plant ( have concerns it may be turning into a hermaphrodit) that is in the same tent with a female plant without anything happening to it. i want to keep the plant growing im just trying to play it safe in case it is turning into a hermaphrodit. i just don’t have the room to grow the plant separately.

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping you guys can help me with this, I can't figure out what's causing this rusting and curling of the leaves on my plant. It's my first grow, just over week one into flower.
Everything was going great until about two days ago when I noticed some of the leaves were rusty, brown/beige and shriveled around the edges, this seemingly happened overnight. I have some (assumed) fungus gnats in the tent, which could be one possible cause. I also suspected potassium deficiency, I've been adding under 1ml of calmag to my water along with the nutrients. Because it's a soil grow I realised I don't need to do this. Could this be causing a potassium "lockout"? It seems some of the leaves are "dying".
Here's some pics of the problem along with pics of the new growth to compare.
* TS600 light
* Tatanka Pure CBD
* Soil/perlite
* GH Trio nutrients - (currently 2ml Micro, 1ml Gro, 2ml Bloom)
* Watering approximately every three days, or when the pot feels light @ 6.5-7ph. Intermittent plain pH'd watering.
* 15L Air pot
Thanks!Last edited by BigChong; 04-12-2021, 10:37 AM.

First, you give us no info, we need input!
Have you checked for bugs? Using at least a 30 x magnification.
The tacoing leaves, what is the heat, light (+ what it pulls from the wall), distance of light, RH, soil/medium, strain, age, etc. etc. etc..

Hi guys, on my first grow and about six weeks in. Plants have looked v healthy til recently but in last week or so the leaves are going silver/yellow. I've been reading this great forum and at first thought that maybe they were maybe getting too much feed so I just stuck to water for the last week but they haven't improved. Now I'm wondering if theyre not getting enough! They are royal dwarf plants, in Canna coir, fed with Canna A and B nutrients. They go outside on nice sunny days and come inside at night! Thanks for any help.1 Photo

I'm not sure my plant is developing properly.
Is it okay for the plant to grow like this? The leaves did not open.
If it's wrong what can I do to save the situation?
It is important to note that it is a bit larger but only gets longer but does not open.
I grow in a coconut substrate and so far watering with a pH balance of 6.0-6.3.
The humidity is on average 55, I use full spectrum LED lighting and now it is 60 cm from the top at 20% strength in growth mode, the seed is gorilla cookie auto, was 24 hours soaking and then 48 hours on paper which was always moist.
The development is slow and I can not understand why. I work according to all the rules I heard, 18/6 lighting, closed growing cabinet, internal fan, vent that lets in air and blower that takes out air, the temperature is a bit high but not more than 28 degrees. (I live in a hot country and have no temper in the room).
Thanks!3 PhotosLast edited by DorMashilker; 05-04-2021, 11:59 AM.

Im not sure why my little plants leaf has curled and colored. Ive been using pH down in my water to make the pH be around 6.0 when I water her. Am I over watering? And as the round leaves dying off too soon? they are yellow and browning. Temp stays around 77f and anywhere from 45-65% RH depending on the time of day (when my humidifier kicks off and I need to turn it back on). I its Week 2 Day 3. No big loss if shes dying but Id like to keep her

I have gotten lucky over the years. Ive only had 1 dog die and I had moved out of my parents house (we got her when I as 8) by that point, so I wasnt around for it. Itll kill me when I lose a pet of my own. So far Ive had to re-home one cat and I had a pure-breed German Shepard with an ex-bf, who took the dog when we broke up. My other childhood dog is still kicking it with my parents. Cutest mutt ever

Hi Pros,
this is my first post here
I got a epp and flood and as always in flower in big trouble. They are in week 4 flower now, LED 250W on 60% strength.
The Plants looks overwaterd i give them 10mins Water every 2 days ( Greehouse powder, 1.3 EC ) and this seems too much. Every day more of the leaves are drooping.
Also the Leves turn yellow, i thought it is Magnesium deficiency and i sprayed "epsom salt or bittersalt" for the last 3 days and it is not working it seems. Also i found it could be a nitrogen deficiency, what you guys think?

Hi, I've been growing some supposedly feminised seeds for about 12 weeks now. I am starting to suspect the plant is male (see attached pic). Where I am expecting to see buds, all I have is a bunch of little balls.
Does this look like a male? Could I have done something to turn it male, or could the seeds I have be not as advertised (Afghan Mass Auto Feminised Seeds)?
The plant seemed normal and healthy all the way up to the flowering stage, where things have not been progressing as expected.1 Photo

Greetings. First-time grower here. I sprouted a seed in a jiffy pellet under a small greenhouse. It popped out in five days or so. I opened the lid of the greenhouse and put the seedling on a sunny window sill (no grow lights yet). But the seedling won't unfold its cotyledons for two days now and seems to have stopped growing. The seed's crust is still attached to the plant as if hugging the cotyledons together. Should I start worrying? Should I remove the crust? Or leave the seedling alone? Any help is appreciated.Last edited by jadebadenova; 05-25-2021, 06:44 AM.

Thank you! Done. I wonder though which are the safe RH levels for seedlings. Tutorials say to keep it moist but not too moist. I tried to maintain RH at 60-70%.
-
70%+ iss good for seedlings, only in flower you go 60-70% RH.
Also check out https://cals.arizona.edu/vpdcalc/ for the correct combination of RH relativ to temp.
for example: Propagation Phase 0.8 kPa - 1.0 kPa ~25C 70%Last edited by philobert; 05-25-2021, 10:53 AM.

Hi Diestractd
The spots do not look too serious. Not too worry about them much so far. Keep an eye on it though...watch for spread. Could some of the marks (first set of posted photos) perhaps be marks were leaves were touching each other for a while? Regardless, keep an eye on it. I do have a suggestion, defoliate some of the older larger fan leaves to allow light to the bud sites and improve the air circulation. To help, I have attached a photo with leaves I suggest to remove marked by a red circle. Cut them off near the main stems. More could also probably be removed. You can also read the defoliating tutorial, link below. I can understand not feeling comfortable removing all of the suggested leaves but I think that it would help.
