First grow and my plant is almost in week 2 of flower. The lower leaves got really thin, almost see through and withered and seems to be moving up the plant. They are potted in a coco, soil, perilite mix (mostly coco). They get a combo of sunlight and led floodlight (and I know the floodlight was a mistake at this point). Soil ph is 6.5. Help would be appreciated2 Photos

I looked in on the girls this AM and found some leaves that looked like this? I removed all the ones I could see. It was 6AM when the lights came on and was not totally awake yet. Any thoughts?
They have been getting regular watering about every 36 hours lately they are getting dry. I am adding 1.5 tsp of Maxi Bloom and 1 tsp of Kool Bloom to my watering can that holds aprox 2 Gal, my water naturally PH to 6.1 almost always. I usually check and let my water sit in jug for 12 hr min before using. Night temp 66.76 avg, Humidity 49.6 and avg Day temp 75, Humidity 42.22.
Hi everyone, with MI passing recreational usage, and timing perfect a friend that had grown for a while was moving out of state and gave me what he had. That

Well, no more spots anywhere today, I know a guy who is a professional grower in CO, and he texted me back that it was water spots where water got on the leaves and acted like a magnifying glass and fried the leaves like we used to as kids. All looks great today
-
Concur, today when I watered them I dried the leaves I got wet.

Well I encountered another issue, need some advice. I am about to get in the mail any day some Jack Here Autoflower's and while I am growing those I was going to start 2 mother plants from seeds I bought to grow next. Long story. But in the meantime while I am about to run the Auto's I was going to start 2 mother plants. So when I planted them I was drinking a bit and smoking and apparently I planted 2 seeds in one Root Riot cube and they came up together yesterday.
So I have 2 stalks coming up from my Strawberry Banana seeds. Can I split them? Should I grow them together. I am planing to make Bonsai Mother's out of them. I was thinking that I might find the largest Bonsai pot I could and grow them around a rock or something but with 2 plants would that be too much of a root system. Should I just grow them with the Autos and put them in a 5 gal pot? They will have a week or two ahead of them? I could just grow 3 or 4 of the auto's and this one and then plant another seed. I had 5 of each. I knew something was wrong I thought I had lost a seed because I could only find 3 after planting.
What would you do or has anyone else done this?4 PhotosFlower Tent: (12/12)

Ok, BlueBudz, I can't thank you enough I was pondering what to do maybe get a big pot and let them go. I pulled the Root Riot apart slowly and I don't think I damaged a one. The tap root was easy to get to and no damage and then I pulled little pieces away and the roots just sild out in whole. I planted directly into 2, 3" Coco Coir Pots and put under my OTT light on top of my heating mat and put baggies on top. Hope all goes well.
Just again a huge thank you to everyone on this board. I have gotten some great help when needed. THANKS TO ALL!!!!!!

They looked great this AM. Thanks for saving the day!

They are hanging in there, I had a after thought, I put them in coco, i should have cut a root cube apart and put it in there and then in the coco, they are going slow, but look ok. And that is fine I plan to veg them for a long time. I have some autos I am going to run while these veg as soon as my 2 girls from my first grow finishes.

Hello. Plant in week 3 of flower and has been doing great. I noticed this growth and the lower level buds and didn’t know if she went hermie or if this just more bud starting. Thanks for the help.2 Photos

Even if it was only one pollen sac and the plant definitely went hermie because there is quite a bit of female flower. You think I should scrap the whole plant and waste all of the female flower?
-
Do you only have that one plant? If so then you can try to grow it and see how she turns out, but most likely one pollen sacs will likely bring more. If you have other plants around that one then most likely when it grows new sacs they will eventually burst and pollinate the others. If you hadn't chopped off the pollen sac perhaps I would've had a better view of it to be 100% sure. But if you already said you saw the pollen sac, I wouldn't take the risk of my other girls being pollinated by him and toss him out.

I have some strange growth on this clone I revived from the brink of death. This clone was exposed to -19 degrees during the polar vortex. It was taken off a flowering plant, I had 6 of these clones I got 4 of them growing and there were 2 that had flowers growing on them while I was having them in my Veg tent so I moved them to the flowering tent last week, they took off growing but yesterday I noticed some new strange leaves on one of them? Anyone have any input on what this growth is?2 PhotosFlower Tent: (12/12)

Check out this link here: https://www.growweedeasy.com/weird-or-what/
Then scroll just slightly past the middle of the page (it's a long page lol) until you start seeing images of leaves similar to yours. I believe it's called "Re-vegetating a plant". Start reading where it says "A re-vegged plant will grow round single, triple, or quintuple pointed leaves at first, before it starts growing regular serrated leaves." It might give you an idea as to what may have caused your leaves to be that way. Hope that helps.
-
Thanks, that is what happened, They look just like those. Well we will see what happens to them. The other two are taking off like crazy in the veg tent.

Anytime. Yea just takes a while to recover from that. Only time will tell. Good luck.

Hello my fellow friends
I have very bad situation. My 2 babies got sick, I couldnt diagnose. I didnt grow on coco before but I grow via soil before.
My setup: 400 Watt Hps
First I seen dark green leaves and slow growth.
After that situation get worst on one night. I suspect low pH or wind burn but not sure. After that they turn like this9 Photos

Can you give a bit more info?
You're growing in coco/perlite mix?
How old are they?
What nutrients are you giving them, how much and how often?
How often are you watering? how much do you give them?
pH when you water?
Are there drain holes in the bottom of those bottles?
temps/humidity?
how far away is the light?
-
I am growing in coco-pearlite mix. They are 3 weeks old in pictures (very slow growth ı think) Unfortunately I can notafford cal-mag or other recomanded nutrients (because I am living in Turkey and our president fucks our economy). I used Genta 7-6-6 liquid plant nutrition. And I use CaSO4 powder for calcium, epsom salt (MgSO4) for magnesium and CuSO4 powder for copper support. There is no written doze for these so I try to decide my dose by trying ( I am gonna be an alchemist if it goes like this :d ). I measure the water mix with pH paper and try to aim 5.5-6.5 pH but its very hard to calibrate with pH paper. I decrease pH by adding a little winegar with tea spoon for gettin pH 5.5-6.5. Yes there are many drain holes below bottles. Temeperature is generally between 26-30 Celcius. Light (400 W HPS) is 60 cm above plants. I cannot measure humidity for now but ı keep 2 bowl of water inside growth cabine for increasing humidity.

Sorry but ı couldnt post photos as a reply to my last post. After one week my plants get worse. Here below I am gonna post the last situation. I watered my babies with 1.5 L water with 0.5 teaspoon CaSO4, 0.5 teaspoon MgSO4, 0.5 teaspoon MgSO4 and 2 spoon liquid plant nutrition of 7-6-6.
First three pictures are my first plants pictures. It lost many of its leaves, they got brown-yellow spots. Leaves tips first got dark green-bronze color and became crispy. Later they got brown and yellow from tip to center. Also leaves has light green color.
Remaining 5 pictures are from my other plant. It has a better condition altough I water from same bottle. It didnt produce any new leaves last week.

What is wrong with my plant?
I have cut 6 clones from a healthy plant.
They are 11 days since cutting.
I dipped in “dip n grow” rooting solution, then placed in rockwool.
They have been misted once or usually twice a day.
They have been covered with a humidity dome (vents are open)
No roots showing yet.
As you can see this one is turning yellow with black spots.
I don't expect all to make it but don't want this one to affect the rest.
I don't see any of the other ones looking like this.

How are the other clones doing? Have they rooted well? I'm going to take a guess and say that perhaps the roots of this one clone may have gotten tangled with the rockwool inside somehow and is preventing the roots from taking in any nutes and/or water. This has happened to me before with young seedlings starting from seed, but not from clones. It's worth a shot finding out if you don't mind carefully cutting open the rockwool cube and checking the roots yourself to make sure lol. Otherwise, that's a pretty advanced deficiency. Hard to pinpoint the exact deficiency, especially if the roots are stunted, which can bring on a number of deficiencies. Just my humble input lol. Perhaps if you posted a thread of this in the main forum someone else can chime in.
-
Thanks for the suggestions cannabliss
I haven't seen roots on any of my other clones, but they seem to be fine green and upright I'll post some pictures of them tomorrow
I was thinking about checking the roots on this one
As this is my very first try cloning (hell growing), I expect to lose one of these
I thought the plant might be eating itself because it doesn't have roots???
Anyway I'm going to open this up and get a look.
-
Sounds like a plan. If you do see the roots stunted due to being tangled with the rockwool, try to carefully pull the roots from it. Cut bits of the rockwool off if you have to. If you happen to have some Great White lying around, sprinkle some onto the inside of the rockwool before closing it up. That'll help strengthen the roots.
