A quick fix given you are using compost is to add some dolomite lime to your water...I don't know the quantity you need though. This will add calcium and also up the pH and do both immediately

it is my experience that if you light up the seedlings with florescent light in the 6400 kelvin color temp range, the younglings love it over here.
