Not sure of my plants are unhealthy or not. Larger one seems to be developing a brown spot on one leaf. The other two have rounded leaves and one seems to be growing differently from the other ones

The larger plant with the brown spot is critical Northern Lights and the other two are super skunk if that matters

You have pests on your leaves. I can see two types just in the first photo of the last lot you posted. Look closely and you will see them.

Yes, it is in the open air and outside the house. It is white on the leaf of edible milk.

Also check for bugs and powdery mildew are those outdoors?

Yes. But give a reduced amount....you should fix your pH issues first though

Yes, I use city water. There is tap water for drinking in our country. I pour water in a bottle for a day so that the chlorine settles. I bought calcium fertilizer, do you think I should give it?

A quick fix given you are using compost is to add some dolomite lime to your water...I don't know the quantity you need though. This will add calcium and also up the pH and do both immediately

So you are giving it tap water? Can you measure the pH waste water runoff that first comes out the bottom of the pots?

A combination of leaf soil, coco, compost, sheep manure

Treatment will vary depending if your growing in coco or soil.

First step is to check your pH. pH too low at the roots is the main cause of what you are seeing
