What do I do with my male until his pollen sacs are mature?

First time grower, but three weeks into the flowering stage, my plants look great. It turns out that from my random seeds I have four girls and one boy, which is PERFECT because I want to do some selective pollination to produce a supply of seeds. But I only have one grow space, and no more grow lights, so the boy has to stay in the grow tent with the girls until his pollen sacs are mature and I can harvest them.

So my question is, what can I do to prevent the boy from accidentally pollinating any of the girls until I'm sure that the pollen sacs actually have some viable pollen in them? I stripped the boy of all but three of his branches, and he is separated from the girls by a sheet of plastic wrap resting gently between the boy and one of the girls – the only thing I could think of that was light, flexible, and transparent but also impervious to pollen.

move it out weed is pollinated by air so when those sacks are ready theirs no stopping it sorry. looking at pic you could try a bread bag over it but I dont think it will work . if the male doesn't smell just stick it somewhere in the house where it will get a little light this might stress it enough to get pollen sacs open

Howdy Alcippe, By the time that You see any pollen, the girls will be pollinated. The only way to prevent the pollination of the females would be to have them in completely separate grow tents or rooms without sharing ant air flow or at least without filtering the air (HEPA or electrostatic filters) to remove any airborne pollen. With so many pollen sacks on a plant, bagging them to prevent the spread of the pollen would be practically impossible.
        Smoke weed,.....grow peace!

Thanks friends, I've removed my boy and he's under a couple of dinky LED lights while I wait another couple days for his pollen sacs to open, and then I will pollinate just a few branches of my girls. I appreciate your advice.
