This is my second grow. This plant is a Raspberry Cough from Nirvana in Fox Farm Ocean in 7 gal fabric pot that I am switching from the T5 to my 600 W HPS. I have hardly used any FF Grow Big nutes since they are in good soil and I keep the water pH from 6.0 to 6.5. Other plants seem ok. Spots seem to be on lower leaves. I did add a small amount of silica (3ml per gallon) last week.

Could it be just water splashed on them during feeding and left? Just spitballing were thay there before u switched lights?

This looks like boron defficiency. Second symptom of boron defficiency is abnormal or twisted growth on younger upcoming growth.
This is what mine looked like when i had it. Boron deficiency is usually caused by ph imbalance or watering problems. I just gave mine a seaweed feed for a few days and it came right.3 PhotosWritten Articles:

sometimes if your light is to close when you switch from t5 to ? I added some leds to my hps and found some spots not to long after , Dano might have it nailed though I use ageoldorganics for nutes they just came out with a new product called mycrosynergy it has all of the mirco nutes in it the stuff that isnt in grow soil. so far my girls love itnew grow room built summer of 2017 ,argo max tent for veging ,big kahuna reflector, 1000hps with added leds for the full spectrum . 15th indoor grow ,5 years outside gorilla grows(stealth is the key),veg under t5s growing autos under 300w leds
