That is sad news!
I grew out 5 males with Nirvana mystery seeds-finally, two sativa's in flower and not going to amount to more than anything-time spent on 6 months of growing it!

ive recently germinated 7 "brickweed" seeds and 6 of them are female, but last year i had only one plant indoors and after 3 months of veg and training decided to drop balls....

It hurts like hell, but I say it's good experience to get under our belts. We know exactly what to look for in the future.

The strains I personally picked out from Nirvana are feminized, that was a free seed they sent.

I would let Nirvana know about it. If you phrase it right I bet they'll hook you up proper.

That's a shame Marley.
It does feel like Nirvana is being left behind in the marketing department a bit these days. Their freebie policy may well have been one of the first (total guess) but it feels like it's outlived its time. It seems mostly to be generating bad press now. I have yet to have a positive experience with a Nirvana freebie, even though I've loved several of their strains. By comparison, Mephisto sent me a free vial of named auto seeds with my order in addition to throwing extra seeds into every pack.

As an auto grower I'm also disappointed that they only occasionally offer auto seeds in their sales, and never at the range of regulars and feminized. This seems short-sighted to me ... autos are a 1 seed, 1 plant proposition (the Monsanto dream), surely that's more profitable than seeds we can clone endlessly.

Agreed. If they priced the autos lower you would think it would attract more buyers who would hopefully have a good experience and need to come back for more, thus increasing the volume of sales.

I think autos probably should be cheaper than regulars at the very least, but I won't hold my breath.

In the case of Nirvana, all they're seeds are well priced, I just feel like their freebies thing is more of bane than a boon these days.
