I have 2 seedlings (Pure Power Plant) and I have my grow light 'plant light bulb' that I got at Home Depot. And I was hoping for some help here regarding the distance that bulb should be from my 2" h. girls?

Well, if I understand you correctly I'm gonna say it isn't a cfl but a incandescent bulb, within a 10" reflective dome.:
