What leads to the development of sugar leaves in Flowering ?

I have 2 plants, same age, same environment, same nutrients/water schedule both in 3rd week of flower... One has the leaves in the budlets covered in tricomes, And the other one has same size budlets, but not as much sugar in the leaves, so to speak. Very little really.

Update ! Uploaded photos. Not really worried tbh, both are doing amazing First two photos are very sugary, 3rd and 5th not so much. 4th is just a general picture.
