It looks like over watering, too much nutrients and not enough light- stop the nutrients and let her dry out closer to the lights.It's all bullshit - until you smoke it!

I agree. Just curious, how much light is it getting? Sometimes leaves droop like that after they stop getting any light. What are your watering practices? Overall it looks healthy!

Are the leaves doing this further from the CFLs? How close are you keeping the bulbs? It seems like you should have enough light for one plant, as long as you're talking about "true" watts and not "equivalent" watts. If possible, could you post a picture of the whole plant in the setup? Sometimes that has extra clues! But as long as all your leaves are still green you know you're doing something right!
