    Droopy?

Can someone help me out? My girls are two almost three days old from sprouting, standing 3+ ft away from the 250W MH lights. My temps are around 30-32C (dunno in F, but that's high) and RU around 60-75%. One is fine and the other it's like this, I'm thinking in overwatering, but can also be a heat issue. Any thoughts?

I've watered them one time with pHed water before putting the jiffy on the top of the cup. Sprayed a bit of water directly on the jiffy after a hand check to see if it was dry. Shouldn't I do that?

Light is too far away and you have over-watered the plant, it's dying.

Just let the medium dry out. Don't water at all for a few days. It will survive I hope

As the lights turn on with a 18/6 schedule should it dry a bit, right? Coz I'm counting the minutes for it to turn on (it'll in 50 minutes). I've set the light closer now (60cm-2ft away).. Should I move it away?

I have no idea what the ideal distance would be or if the plant is getting enough light or too much. Pretty hard to guess but as a general rule I think the lights are fine. The real problem is if you don't let the soil dry out no oxigen will reach the little roots and the plant will drown. Don't expect it to recover in a few hours. It may take a day or two. Just let it be and watch

for a 250W do 3 feet until they sprout, then move to 2 feet. Once they've got a few sets of leaves drop it to 1 ft

The leaves curled like a shell through the stem. I've setted up to 18/6 schedule and they're both in it right now, I'm thinking how long till I can know for sure if it's dead or not, just for germinating another one to replace that...

30-32C is 86-90F, lowering the temperature will be beneficial

I'm aware and the swamp cooler kinda fits, but actually I don't have money for that right now. In a couple of weeks the temperature will drop a bit hopefully.

These are photos from my first seedling (the other one died). I'm having trouble on tracking my watering right. Since I lost my second seedling for overwatering, I'm taking care not to drown this one as well. Can someone tell me from eye if the jiffy it's too dry? I'm trying the first knuckle method and it's kinda dry but the appearence it's not too moist. I've watered the first time four days ago (when I put the seedling on the red cup w/ jiffy). The soil it's moist, should I only water the jiffy?

If the soil beneath is moist don't water. Wait until the soil is dry

It's a mistake to water the jiffy then? If it's too dry isn't that bad for the plant?

Not a mistake but not important. Roots are growing in the soil trough the jiffy

As long as the soil is moist the jiffy will never get dry enough to be a problem
