HELP! Looking for Guidance on Current Development of Plants

Hello all, Thank you in advance for your review & analysis.

Backstory:
I wanted to get into gardening and figured I'd try something completely different - Marijuana.

I am fairly confident on everything up from germination to planting germinated seeds, as well as doing research on the basic necessities for growing successfully. I have planted (8) terracotta pots and a few small tray spots of some seeds I picked up. I have ordered a grow tent with ventilation / humidity / lights etc... I am now in a new and fascinating area I am looking for assistance on!

Current State:

1. These saplings are now all (3.5) weeks old.
2. I recognize now that (1) seed per vessel is important....again I am adept and learning as I go.
3. The temps have been nice, a steady 60-65 humidity & 75-85 F temp at all times (they have not been in a grow tent as I don't have one, it's on the way )
4. Overall, I was overwatering them in weeks 1 & 2 because I thought they needed it - I now know they do not need constant water daily (I use a mister bottle).
   1. I have not PH'd the water as I just used city water which I believe ranges in 6-7 range, but I will PH batches of water if this is vital moving forward and adjust using up/down solution.
5. For the first (2.5) weeks, I let them grow from natural sunlight in a windowsill that got good light. I learned this is bad news, as they are now wiry and thin.
   1. I am now utilizing a plant light 4" above the tallest stalked plant with blue light, on an 18/6 lighting schedule, starting at 1400-0800. They are tucked into the furthest corner of the room with some natural light leaking through from windows.

Please note the following soil / nutrients being used:
Organic premium potting mix with coco-coir mix (in each pot)
Worm Castings (Added to top soil at 1/2 tbsp each plant) on 8/9 (I read after 3 weeks the soil might need a nutrient recharge) with one mist squirt so it soaks down.

What I am hoping you can assist me with is:
- Current issues you see (even if it's simply just the ones I addressed in this post please!)
- Why are my plants growing somewhat slowly (might be a no brainer but please let me know!)
- Things that you may see that can go haywire for me down the line (perhaps specs on the leaves show you something I am glossing over?)
- Advice for the sapling stage (how do you grow?)
- Advice for the next steps (if I get anything to mature more, what's next?)

That's way too many plants for a newbie. In my opinion you need to learn how to grow 1-2 good plants at a time before you try many. Pick a couple of the healthier plants and re-pot in their final pots and hope you get your grow setup soon so you can salvage what you started. And read what Nebula has out there on growing for newbies and fore sure they need more light!

If I may suggest, go read all the tutorials on GWE. They will address most, if not all, of your concerns.

Everything i've read has said that using soil which time release feeds your plants like Miracle Grow is a no-no due to the fact ur plants need diff. things during diff. stages of life
