    Tomatoes

I inherited 3 tomato plants that I plan on growing out in coco/p hydro since that is what I know best for plants. I have heard that tomato nute requirements are similar to those of cannabis. Is this true? Any suggestions on the nutes that deviates from cannabis nutes?
Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.

    Hi, Ckbrew.
I have grown dozens of tomato plants over the years.
Coco/phuerlite and Miracle Gro should be just fine.
Are you planning outdoors or in a tent?

Just outdoors. They are already hardened over and have fungus knats. That is great news about MG, much easier than mixing a solution for them every day. Ty.

The main difference between tomatoes and cannabis is tomatoes don't have separate veg and flowering stages. They do both at the same time so 1 " all purpose " fertilizer is all you need for the life of the plant. Good luck

I'm rotating crops for indoor grows this winter. I did a tent of lettuce and spinach once, great yields. I want a tomato, pepper, and a few other things in the basement this winter.

I've debated building small long boxes for the side walls of my big tent for flower grows. Figure use the extra light but have not tried it yet. Was thinking it could absorb too much light for the flowers but who knows?
