Hello, I'm a first time grower & I need some options on my marijuana plant. I did a lot of investigation but, just wanted to share a few pictures with y'all to confirm. Is this plant ready to harvest? Trichomes look milky & not glassy zoomed in to me. Thanks in advance for your help & suggestions

Looks close but I cant tell from the pictures, the trichomes you need to look at are on the Calyx, sugar leave trichs tend to turn early. My experience says they turn about 2 weeks before the Caylx trichs
