HELP! Cut and Run. Harvesting right before vacation

Hola folks. I am in a pickle. I have a large plant that is going to get cut the day before I leave for two weeks.
Question: What can I do to put it on hold while I am gone? Can I put it in a plastic bag and put it in the fridge or freezer? Build a time machine and have it skip two weeks and be ready when I get back?
    Any input is always appreciated.

Can you get someone to look after them when you are gone? Looks like they could use the time and then you could harvest when you get back.
Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.

More time. Use a big plastic milk carton and punch a few pin holes in the bottom. Two weeks is a while, but that would help for a week. Check it out by Googling the idea.

Try to get someone to water it once or twice the first week. Then have them shut the lights and leave it in the pot for the second. It will happily dry in the pot for a week or more even

That photo is a few weeks old and my trip is a couple weeks out and by my estimation this gal will be about ready the day I leave. I have an auto watering pump though and I just might try that idea and just give it water with 1/4 nutes and let it keep growing. Maybe I'll turn the lights down to 6 hours a day too (she's a photo) to make it like that last days of Fall.
However, has anyone paused drying/curing with some hack like fridge or freezer?

Pleasure pics for your enjoyment. It's called Ala Mode and is 60/40 sativa it says. Breeder said 80 days to flower and I am almost 90 days already. Topped and LST the shit out of her so she is big.

The pictures look like you still got a month with loads of stigmas still white and not dying and curling in and turning in color. I'd bugger off for two weeks leaving behind your watering system. You will return to fully mature plants to harvest. Breeder/suppliers always say the shortest time for flowers they can get away with. Take what they say with a pinch of salt. Sorry, I can't think of any way to put off drying once it's harvested other than what Smallgrow said, it can dry while still in the ground. Just leave it to die while your gone if you have to.

Got it. I will do that. I think I'm gonna just trickle water with a trace of nutes on it while I'm gone. Also gonna stick to autos from here on out. I'm getting to old to wait for shit like this.
