Two of my girls took a header!

As some of you cautioned, wind knocked two of my plants off the railing. This never happened last year. But I never had 7’ plants acting a a sail before. It was a very calm day, so I was paranoid the human element was involved. I pulled up the Wyze app and did a binary search. Plant on ground no? Search forward halfway. Plant on ground yes? Search back one third. Repeat until you see plant in mid air. It was wind. Like a quick mini tornado. I’m gonna attach bricks with ropes to the eyeholes.

The plastic cage reinforced with bamboo seemed to make a big difference. So far no major breaks detected.

I’ll get pics up when I get a chance.

Maybe that will scare them enough to increase trichome production

I hate that. Hope everything works out. Duct tape and plant ties if needed.

You know what I found works well? Velcro straps. Getting the duct tape on was a pain in the ass, so I used the strap to make a sling with a branch from above.

Blue painter's tape works well but what ever works is good.

Another reason the Swiss are good people.
