    How many plants

How many plants can I grow in one five gallon bucket?

    #2
As many as you want, most growers do a single plant

It is your grow. Decide now before the plants start calling the shots.
Don't worry, be happy, grow sticky buds.

I'm growing two in a 5-gallon bag. One began as and is a runt. The other is average for its strain.
I see the issues being training, plant size, and bags being better than pots because of the whole air pruning thing.
        Go for shorter strains.
You could do more than one in a sea-of-green setup.

          Hi. Drea,
I would ask, "Why multiple plants in one grow bag?"
Limited grow space? Expecting greater yields? I struggle to envision the purpose of doing so.
While I have not done this with cannabis, years as a Master Gardener with veggies and other plants lead me to believe you would be better off putting one plant each in separate two gallon bags or four plants, one each in a one gallon bag. In one container, all your plants compete for the nutrients and root space and are all subject to pests and deficiencies. Plus, different strains may have different grow requirements. But, hey, I am one opinion of many. Give it your best shot. Maybe you'll discover a super good, new grow technique!
